Certified quality management

We are registered to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system by SRI Quality System Registrar, so you can be sure our processes are held to rigorous standards.

Our lab, Astley Metrology, is an ISO 17025:2017 Accredited laboratory. Astley Metrology can dimensionally inspect the toughest parts and provide full traceability and uncertainty values for your parts results. Your parts will go through our extensively tested and proven method to ensure your parts meet the highest quality standards available.

Advanced inspection tools

We use state-of-the-art equipment to examine the most complicated parts and assemblies. Our inspection lab has programmable CMMs, optical sensors, profilometers, and a variety of traditional measurement equipment.


Lab-grade cleaning

Let us clean your parts and save a step in the supply chain. From ultrasonic cleaners to nitrogen purge ovens, we can meet your most stringent requirements. For special applications, ask about our Class 1000 (ISO 6 & 7) Cleanrooms.
