Astley Precision employs a highly skilled team of CNC machinists and toolmakers, who working together manufacture prototypes and production runs of our customer's products. Our employees are key in our ability to help you achieve all of your procurement goals.

Our Finishing department makes certain that all machined parts have been completely deburred, cleaned, assembled, packaged, and readied for shipment.

All of our CNC machines are networked to a central server, allowing us to efficiently retool for each successive production run, as well as providing a secure backup for CNC program files.

Dedicated Inspection Facility

Astley Precision has a well-equipped inspection room including microscopes, various gauges and a brown and Sharpe CMM, with measurement resolution down to fifty millionths of an inch.
