Precision: A Tradition of Excellence
Since 1983, Astley Precision Machine Company has teamed with
our customers to provide high quality machined components and
assemblies, delivered on time, at reasonable prices.
Astley Precision employs fifteen toolmakers. We maintain a clean,
organized work environment that is geared to efficiently process
our manufacturing jobs. We will work with your engineering department
to develop sketches, or work from electronic data files (Solidworks,
AutoCAD, and others). Products range from single prototypes to
production runs, microscopic size to 50 taper work.
At Astley Precision there are two traditions to which we are
constantly attentive. The first is our own tradition of quality
and dependability, which we've been building and refining since
1983. Quality work. On time delivery. Adherence to the highest
standards and toughest tolerances our customers require. All these
are part of our corporate tradition. The other tradition that
we are proud of is providing the highest quality parts at the
lowest possible price to the customer. All of us take pride in
every part that leaves our plant, and in the role each of us plays
in maintaining our tradition of excellence.
From prototype to production, we have the people, facility, systems,
and equipment available to meet your most challenging projects.
We pride ourselves on providing solutions to our customers machining
needs, working together to provide superior products, when you
need them, at the right price.

Astley
Precision: Your Partner in Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
Our skilled craftsmen and affiliated engineers (we even have
a Ph.D. scientist on our staff) routinely interact with our customers
during the design and prototype phase of product development to
ensure low cost manufacturability of the design. We also develop
appropriate fixturing in-house to support production.
A growing segment of our business is the manufacture of complete
subassemblies, providing one-stop shopping for our customers,
integrating parts from various sources with the parts we manufacture
to provide a single-part-numbered subassembly to the customer.
We have established a system of customer service, which provides
each of our valued customers an internal contact person responsible
to follow their job from estimate to shipping. We believe that
companies work together best when they maintain open and available
lines of communication. We strive to be constantly prepared to
answer technical questions, delivery concerns, and pricing issues
when you need the answers.
Our technical staff averages over twenty years experience each in
the machining trade. From fixture design to generating complex
four axis machining programs, our staff is well equipped to tackle
our customer's most challenging machining requirements. Whether
it is a one-piece prototype, or a 50,000-piece production lot,
we stand ready to meet all of your needs.
Dedicated to the principles of craftsmanship, our Manufacturing
Engineers work closely with our production machinists. From the
initial estimate to the shipment of your product, our engineering
staff follows your job from start to finish to ensure that it
runs smoothly, efficiently, and is delivered on-time.
