Cutting-edge inspection equipment.
Astley Precision has a well-appointed inspection room with the latest in advanced measuring equipment. We have an automatic programmable CMM and computer workstation to inspect the most challenging parts, as well as a manual CMM, optical comparator, and several microscopes. We can check both the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of machined components. Our staff is also skilled in using conventional inspection equipment, such as micrometers and calipers.
Depending on the needs of our customers, we issue inspection reports as detailed as necessary.

Double inspection.
Many of our parts go through a “double inspection” process, once during manufacturing and again prior to shipment, to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they asked for.
